Abstract(ENG)

Currently, All visual media require BGM(Back Ground Music) to be inserted. However, actually creating BGM introduces difficulties such as finding qualified manpower and the high costs associated with production.

This study is for developing a Creator that can automatically produce BGM using a method called "Time Strecting". This will enable users without a professional background in music to produce BGM suitable for custom use, and will have added benefits like costs, and a shorter time to Market.
