Abstract(ENG)
The OpenGL is de facto standard real-time rendering API that supports the trimmed NURBS surface mode. In the rendering of trimmed NURBS it is very important to determine the direction of trimming curves. In contrast, the RenderMan standards support the not restricted feature of trimmed NURBS rendering. We propose new conversion algorithm which convert from arbitrary directional trimming curves to appropriate directional trimming curves using the Bezier Clipping methods.
